How much does a student truck cost?

A student truck with us costs DKK 20,000–32,500 per day for the whole truck, with a driver and 10 hours of driving. The price depends on the date – see all prices and dates.

How many people fit in a student truck?

Our student trucks are approved for 32–35 students.

When should we book the student truck?

We recommend booking a student truck before Christmas in your first year. Our trucks on the most sought-after dates and days are booked about 1½–2 years before the day.

Where do you drive?

We do graduation drives in Jutland and on Funen – including Aarhus, Aalborg, Odense, Esbjerg, Randers, Vejle, Herning, Kolding, Horsens, Silkeborg, Viborg, Grenaa, Rønde, Hadsten and Holstebro. We do not drive on Zealand or Bornholm.

What is included in the price?

A driver, 10 hours of driving, free mileage and a thorough clean – plus an 8,000–12,000 W sound system, disco lights, a smoke machine and a dance floor on the truck.

Do your student trucks have a roof?

Yes. All our student trucks always have a roof on, so nobody hits their head on a bridge – and they are built in steel with railings and non-slip stairs. Read more about safety.

    Room for improvement – and 3 military trucks

    We started the company in 2018 because we believed there was room for improvement and more safety in graduation drives. We began by buying 3 trucks at a military auction.

  2. Demand grew

    Safety, interior and a big sound system

    This has only been possible because demand for high safety, a great interior, a dance floor and plenty of equipment with a big sound system has kept growing. We are grateful for the welcome EventTrucks ApS has received in the graduation drive business.

  3. 2025

    Børsen Gazelle

    EventTrucks ApS became a Børsen Gazelle in 2025 (an award for fast-growing Danish companies).

  4. 2026

    20 student trucks

    Now, in 2026, we have built up a fleet of 20 student trucks.

Denmark’s safest student trucks – always with a roof

When we decided to enter the graduation drive business back in 2018, the most important way to stand out from the competition was to have the safest student trucks on the market.

  • 21 years

    passed before the regulations were updated – still without a roof requirement

    It is tragic that once again this year students were seriously injured! This happened even though the regulations had been updated on 1 January 2025 for the first time in 21 years. We simply do not understand why the Danish Road Traffic Authority did not listen to the call for student trucks to have a roof during graduation drives.

  • Passing inspection is not enough

    Sadly, year after year we read about students around the country who are seriously injured. This happens even though the trucks have just passed inspection and are fitted out and built according to the current regulations. So, sadly, we understand why students can still be seriously injured on some competitors’ trucks every single year.

  • More than the minimum

    This is about young people’s safety – celebrating new graduates who have been drinking. It is tragic that what should be a big day in their lives can end up ruining their future. So when we built our first student truck, we quickly decided that the minimum safety requirements were not enough.

Claus is the one at the other end of the phone and the customer service email. From your first enquiry about a student truck until the order confirmation is sent, he is the one helping you through the process.

Out on the trucks: Even with many balls in the air, he is out celebrating the new graduates every single year. He is the regular driver of the student truck called Bravo.
